These terms cover the Tan Wei Motorcycles app, run by Tan Wei Auto Pte Ltd (UEN 201207059G), 60 Jalan Lam Huat, #01-06/07/08/09, Carros Centre, Singapore 737869. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who the app is for

The app is for people aged 18 and over. You can browse bikes without an account. You need one to keep saved bikes across your devices, become a member, book a viewing, reserve a bike or ask a specialist to call you back.

Your account

• Please give us your own details, and keep them correct. We use your mobile number and email address to reach you about a viewing or a reservation, so a wrong one means you won't hear from us.
• One person, one account. Keep your sign-in to yourself: anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• If you book, reserve or ask for a callback with an email address we don't already know, we make a login for you from it. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly how.
• You can delete your account at any time, in the app under You. What is removed and what is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Membership and your plate number

• You become a member by registering a Singapore plate number. Membership is free, it's personal to you, and it can't be sold or passed on.
• A plate can be held by one member at a time. If somebody has already registered it, you can't register it too. Please only add a plate for a bike you own or ride.
• When a plate is released, including when an account is deleted, nobody else can register it for 12 hours. You can take it back straight away with the same email address.
• If a plate has clearly been registered by somebody with no connection to the bike, we may remove it, and any perks that came with it.

Perks

Perks are a thank-you to our members. They are free, and they are not part of any sale.

• Where a perk has its own conditions, they are shown on its card in the app. They apply to that perk, and where they differ from these terms, the perk's own conditions are the ones that count.
• Some perks are carried out by our partners, such as a wash, a servicing or a drink. The partner provides that service, and their own opening hours and booking rules apply.
• A perk can be used the number of times shown on its card, before the expiry date shown on its card. Once it's used, it's used. Perks can't be exchanged for cash or passed to somebody else.
• Perks are for our customers, so they aren't given to Tan Wei staff or to our partners' staff.
• If a partner stops offering a perk, we'll take it out of the app rather than leave you holding something that can't be used.
• We may cancel perks that were obtained by misusing the app, for example with somebody else's plate or with several accounts.

Viewings, reservations and callbacks

• Booking a viewing holds a time for you with one of our specialists. It costs nothing and you're under no obligation to buy. We're open 10am to 6pm. If you pick a time in grey, your specialist will confirm it with you first.
• You can move or cancel a viewing yourself in the app, up to half an hour before. After that, please call us. If you can't make it, letting us know frees the bike and the specialist for somebody else.
• A bike can be sold to another customer before your viewing. If that happens, your specialist will let you know.
• Reserving a bike in the app doesn't transfer ownership and doesn't commit you to buying it. A purchase is made in the showroom, under the agreement you sign there.

Prices, stock and photographs

• Prices, availability, COE dates and specifications come from our showroom system and can change without notice. The price that counts is the one we confirm to you in writing at the showroom.
• If a bike is listed at a price that is obviously a mistake, we don't have to sell it at that price. We'll tell you before anything goes further.
• Photographs show the model, not always the exact bike. Ask your specialist for pictures of the actual bike before you decide.

Monthly figures and finance

• Every monthly figure in the app is an estimate to help you compare bikes. It is not an offer of credit.
• Any loan is subject to approval. The rate, term and monthly you are offered depend on your circumstances and may differ from anything shown in the app. Your specialist confirms the final offer.

Buying from our online shop

Some perks link to the Tan Wei online shop. A purchase there is covered by the shop's own Terms of Service and Refund Policy, shown in the shop and at checkout. The app itself doesn't take payment.

Your information

What we collect, why, and how to have it removed is set out in our Privacy Policy. Marketing messages are only sent if you've agreed to them, and you can turn them off in the app at any time without losing your membership or your perks.

Using the app fairly

Please don't:

• book, reserve or register a plate using somebody else's details;
• make bookings you don't intend to keep, to hold bikes or times from others;
• copy our listings in bulk, or try to get into parts of the app or our systems that aren't meant for you.

If an account is used this way, we may suspend it or close it.

What we can't promise

We work to keep the app available and correct, but we can't promise it will always be either. A partner is responsible for the service it provides under a perk. We're not responsible for a loss that couldn't reasonably have been foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore law, or any liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change this page and the date at the top, and if a change affects you in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept it.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts deal with any dispute.
